Your first steps
Claim your account first
Open your workspace address and you will be asked to create an account. The first account created becomes the administrator - so do this before you give the address to anybody else. There is deliberately no way to create one in advance, which is why nobody but you can have it.
There is already a team
A new workspace arrives with a small team of agents, the shared memory they build up as you work, and a conversation that introduces them. There is nothing to set up before you ask your first question.
What to try in the first ten minutes
- Put one recurring job on a schedule. The report you write every Monday, the inbox you sort every morning: say it in a sentence and an agent builds the workflow for you. That is the shape of the product, a thing that happens without you sitting there.
- Tell an agent something about how your business works: who approves what, which supplier always invoices late, how you word the monthly summary. Ask about it tomorrow in a different conversation and it still knows. Hand it a document too, if you have one, and ask questions about that.
- Ask the assistant something. If you do not know which agent to pick, do not pick one - the first message goes to whoever fits.
- Give an agent a job that needs a machine: clean up a spreadsheet, run a build, try a script. It works in a container of its own, so nothing touches your computer, and the files it made are still there tomorrow.
Shared workspace, private conversations
Everyone you invite works with the same agents, the same memory, the same workflows and the same environments, so nobody rebuilds what a colleague already set up. Conversations stay private to the account that had them. Invite the rest of your team from Settings.
